Why do I keep getting logged out of my account when trying to play?

  • Make sure you unlink all apps (step 5)

  • Right-click and select Translate to English.

  • Or screenshot the page, upload it to Google Translate Images, and read it there.

  • Easiest option: ignore the language and just follow Step 2.

I purchased an account, but nothing is in my email.

  • Contact support with your order id / order number. They can help you.
